EMERGENCY INFORMATION

If you have an emergency requiring immediate attention, please call us at 8108 2760. The duty staff will give appropriate advice.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT AN APPOINTMENT?

On your first visit to our Centre, please register at the “New Registration” counter. If you are already our patient, please register with your doctor’s Clinic Assistant. Please be seated at the waiting area. Our Clinic Assistant will arrange for you to see our doctors as soon as possible.

The surgeons will discuss your problem and ask about your medical history. A thorough examination will then follow. We may request examinations and tests to assist and support our diagnosis.

If follow-up consultations are required, our staff will arrange for your next appointment.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING, IF I AM A NEW PATIENT?

Make sure to bring:

  • HKID or Birth Certificate of your child or passport
  • Any radiology/X Ray films, CDs or imaging studies previously performed
  • Any relevant biopsy or blood test results
  • A list of medications you are currently taking
  • Any relevant past medical record

DO YOU HAVE IMAGING (X RAY, ULTRASONOGRAPHY, CT-SCAN) FACILITIES?

Yes. Our centre is equipped with advanced X Ray technology to provide X Ray and Scannogram. For any X Ray performed, a copy of image will be provided for your reference.

If further imaging investigations such as CT scan, MRI, ultrasound, DEXA or PET scan is required, we will arrange for suitable referral.

WHAT IF I NEED ANAESTHETIC?

We can undertake minor procedures including joint injections in our Medical Centre. All other procedures will be carried out in hospital. We work with experienced anaesthetist to provide any necessary anaesthetic.

CAN I USE YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPY SERVICE?

To make an appointment for our physiotherapy services, a referral letter is required. Priority will be given to our doctors’ patients.

DO YOU ACCEPT HEALTH CARE VOUCHERS?

All our doctors have participated in the Elderly Health Care Voucher Scheme which provides subsidies for the elderly to receive private healthcare services. If you are aged 65 or above and hold a valid HK Identity Card or Certificate of Exemption, you can join the Scheme and use the vouchers.

DO YOU ACCEPT MEDICAL CARDS?

Our doctors accept Hang Seng Bank Staff Medical Card and HSBC Staff Health Card. We also provide discount to specific organizations that have agreement with us. We will provide an original receipt for private medical insurance reimbursement.

An estimate of consultation fees and costs, investigations or surgery are available on request.

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

You are not required to provide a referral letter for consultation. If you have insurance coverage and need to meet insurance requirement, we suggest contacting your insurance provider before visiting us.

DO YOU HAVE PARKING FACILITIES?

Yes. Paid Parking is available in the basement level of the Medical Centre. You may also park at the Scout Association of Hong Kong Headquarters on Austin Road.

HOW CAN I GO TO YOUR MEDICAL CENTRE?

We are located on Nathan Road between Austin Road & Jordan Road, next to the Prudential Centre, at the same building of Bank of China. You can easily arrive our centre by taking MTR (Jordan Station Exit E or Austin Exit A), bus or minibus. Please click here to have the details.
